Spanish 202 - Oral Conversations

Using Conversifi you will participate in four video-recorded conversations with a Spanish L1 speaker.

These four oral conversations count as 10% of your final grade (2.5% each).

Your teacher will give you detailed instructions for each conversation. The topic of each conversation has been preselected to match the topics discussed in the course. To receive a grade, you must complete the conversation assigned by your teacher (see module ID number and name in the course calendar shared by your teacher on Canvas).

Each conversation includes a preparation sheet that you must complete before the conversation starts. You need to submit the preparation sheet on Canvas.

Due dates for each of the four oral conversations are posted on the course calendar. Submissions will not be accepted after the due date without a justified reason. Please check the dates on the course calendar and make sure you make the necessary arrangements on your own calendar to be able to submit your video-recorded conversations on time. If you cannot submit your video recording on the due date for a justified reason, let your teacher know as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.

IMPORTANT: If during your conversation you experience any technical issues (poor connectivity, sound problems, etc.), DO NOT continue with the conversation. You should not be charged for a failed conversation. If you are, contact the Conversifi support team.
