Advising hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday; students without an appointment may drop in and will be seen on a first-come-first-served basis (note: times are subject to change without notice due to other responsibilities or availability). Students wishing to schedule an appointment may write Senior Academic Counselor and Graduate Program Advisor Dalia Correa at email@example.com.
Appointment are strongly suggested for in-depth advising topics such as major and graduate student academic planning, and pre-study abroad discussions. Out of courtesy to other students, please schedule only one appointment per week, and cancel at least four hours in advance, if you are unable to make it. To cancel an appointment within four hours of scheduled time due to an emergency such as illness, call 206-543-2020, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
