2025 - 2026 marked the third year of the Spanish and Portuguese Studies Undergraduate Essay Prize, which is the first undergraduate essay prize on campus that includes essays written in languages other than English!  Each Spring faculty nominate outstanding undergraduate essays (or pieces of creative writing), and prize recipients are chosen by our department's Undergraduate Awards Committee.
