Explores cultures of Brazil, Portugal, and Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa within the framework of cultural studies theory. Follows an interdisciplinary approach, drawing from readings, films, history, literature, arts, and anthropology, among others. Focuses on selected cultural aspects and countries. Taught in English.
