Pierre Alféri is one of the most innovative poets of today. Born to French philosopher Jacques Derrida and psychoanalyst Marguerite Aucouturier, Alféri carries on both a rich familial and cultural heritage while inscribing his own place in the contemporary literary landscape. Indeed, what Alféri has adopted, he has also altered, transforming the literary tradition beyond literary boundaries via his creative voice as he nurtures collaboration with other artists, including musicians, painters, and fellow poets.
