Catalog Description: 
Provides an historical overview of the evolution of Chicano culture through film. Critically examines the portrayal and self-portrayal of Chicanos in film and selected works of narrative. Prerequisite: either SPAN 301, SPAN 302, SPAN 303, SPAN 310, SPAN 314, SPAN 315, SPAN 316, or SPAN 330, any of which may be taken concurrently. Instructors: Flores
