Prof. Ana Gómez-Bravo's Essay Selected Winner of the John K. Walsh Award

Professor Ana Gómez-Bravo's essay "Situation and Textual Mediation: Toward a Medieval Poetics of the Fifteenth-Century Lyric" has been selected winner of the John K. Walsh Award for volume 41 of La corónica: A Journal of Medieval Hispanic Lanugages, Literatures & Cultures. The selection of the recipient of this award is made by the Executive Committee of the Modern Language Association Divison on Medieval Spanish Language and Literature in memory of revered American hipanomedivalist John K. Walsh (1939-1990), with the tribute being celebrated each year at the MLA Convention. A formal ceremony will be held during the MLA Convention this year in Chicago.
